NPC Desert Storm 2014. 3rd place in Novice Mens Physique. This was a truly humbling experience. I take my hat off to all competitors who compete in this sport. There are so many factors to weigh in to determine the winner of these events. I now know for next time what improvements need to be incorporated for growth in the sport. I would like to thank my Shredfit fam for the training weve sweat through. Kelly Schmidt, I appreciate your feedback to prep for this event. Ryan Ingram, youre the man!! I couldnt ask for a better business partner for our future endeavor. Who would have thought all those days sweatin it out involved a resistance band, dancing, and diet.
