NSA / IRS / DHS / DOJ / ATF and numerous other alphabet soup Federal Agencies and even our local Police Departments using surveillance equipment known as a Stingray; DOES ANYBODY NOTICE THAT SOMETHING IS MISSING HERE: Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings. Ratified 12/15/1791. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. Ratified 12/15/1791. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. At this juncture of absolute Republican and Democrat criminal contempt for our Ninth and especially TENTH Amendment laws, which limit their power and spending to ONLY eighteen items, by which means also protects our wages, salaries, personal property, individual and States Rights, State and popular sovereignty, and therefore our economy, our jobs and our Freedom, from THEM, from the IRS and from the American voting MOB who they transfer our American Middle Class IRS stolen wages and salaries to; ELECTIONS ARE NOT THE SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM, FEDERAL ELECTIONS ARE THE PROBLEM. THE ONLY SOLUTION, short of War to Restore our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, which protects and ENFORCES the entire BILL OF RIGHTS, is our State Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision, which along with its vital companion legislation to prepare all State and Local Law Enforcement, will restore our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws by incremental State nullification of all Federal spending, all Federal usurpation and all unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive branch, with all of these incremental State nullifications supported by our State and Local Law Enforcement entities and County Sheriff facilitated well regulated Constitutional Militia to implement PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH as well as a restoration of The Constitution and our individual prosperity. In obedience to the findings and rulings of The Supreme Court of The United States, all withholding taxes, employment taxes, matching employer taxes and Income Taxes shall be incrementally State nullified, in quarterly segments, which will nearly double the size of all American Middle Class paychecks. Our local town and city small businessmen will have one hell of a time building enough manufacturing plants and hiring enough manpower to staff them, in the attempt to keep up with the additional demand. The average common workingman/family will, once again, become individually very wealthy and very powerful, as intended by the Founding Fathers.
