. NUFP Institute deadline is only a days away! Friday, September 12th. Time is ticking and the deadline to apply for the NUFP Institute is only a few days away. Don’t pass up a great opportunity that awaits you. Sharpen your leadership skills, network with other NUFP students, and meet fantastic faculty. This opportunity is the NUFP Institute (NUFPI) taking place along with the NASPA IV-W Regional Conference held in Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 10-13. Talk to your NUFP Mentor and determine if you want to seize this wonderful opportunity. The application deadline is September 12th and available at apps.naspa.org/cfp/evt_frm_user.cfm?event_id=184. Only 20 students will be accepted, so don’t delay. Here are some details about the NUFPI that you can consider: • You need to attach a letter of support to your application from your mentor • The NUFPI is on November 10 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • You are encouraged to attend the regional conference • You must pay for your travel, lodging, meals, and conference registration fee • You may apply for a $100 Undergraduate Regional Conference Scholarship to cover the conference registration fee If you have any questions about this opportunity, email the NUFPI Chair, Laura Valdez at 505.277.1686.
