NUS is conducting research on Young men with ASD and ADHD go to National Service: Perspectives, opportunities, and challenges via a survey. You can take part in this study if you are a parent/ legal guardian/ caregiver of a male young person who: * has a professional confirmed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (including Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger Syndrome or Pervasive Developmental Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD);and * will likely be eligible for enlistment to the National Service within the next 3 years (i.e. your son is now 15 to 18 years old). Your 15-18 year old son with ASD and/ or ADHD can also take part in this study with your consent.
