NWS: Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for most of South Central Texas until 6 PM tonight. Overall threat is much lower. AREA OF CONCERN: All of South Central Texas, but the highest threat area will be in locations that received the most rain last night (Bexar and western Comal Counties). IMPACTS: Flash Flood Watch in effect for most of South Central Texas until 6 PM.(excluding Travis, Williamson, Llano, Burnet Counties) Additional rains of 1-2 inches are possible. Increased flows on creeks and low water crossings with isolated Flash Flooding possible in both urban and rural areas. Some roads may become impassable. TIMING: Rainfall is expected most of the day today. Rain chances will lower tonight and Thursday but additional rain totals are possible. CONFIDENCE: Moderate-High
