Gusty winds will occur along and behind the front, producing more blowing snow and near white-out conditions Monday morning through Monday afternoon. Arctic air moving into the region will bring bitterly cold wind chills starting on Monday and lasting through Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to moderate late this week.
