NY Jury Question: Are You Closer to People Who Believe a Doctor Can Do No Wrong? 516-487-8207 Email: Gerry@Oginski-Law During jury selection, it is extremely important to determine if potential jurors have any biases or prejudices. However, its not a simple as asking people to raise their hands if they are prejudiced. If we were to do that, how many people do you think would actually raise their hands? The answer is no one. Instead, we need to establish a dialogue with the jurors in the room. We need to explore their beliefs. One of the ways we do that is by asking if jurors are little closer to the people who believe that simply because a doctor is board-certified, it means they can do no wrong.
