Promotional materials will be made available for posting in all settings covered by the regulation. The Health Department will educate .childcare facility staff about the addition of influenza vaccine to the list of immunizations required for daycare and preschool attendance. Starting in the second year, the Health Department will educate childcare staff each April through December during routine inspections. From January through March, the Health Department will be issuing notices of violation to childcare centers not in compliance with the mandate.
