He was taken from Perry Street on Wed. 6/25 - my husband had him leashed to a fence, turned his back to talk to someone and Moe was gone. He is a 4yo 16 lb white & tan bichon/poodle/shih tzu (?) mix. He was wearing his collar (with all tags/id) and a red leash. Moe is a former puppy mill rescue - he is shy around other dogs and may bolt if something scares him. We are desperate to get him back and will reward generously for his safe return.
