NYC marathon installment #4(the last one): everything should be done by now. The only preparation left is to be race ready mentally. Remember 2 things while running: form and focus. The first thing to go when running is your form and running even slightly differently you will stress the muscles in different ways than they are used. Pull your form together. You may feel you are running slower but even if you are youll be more efficient. Choose regular intervals to check your form, immediately after every other mile. You may also hit points where things seem bleak, maintain form and focus and things will turn around and get better. Now go and run and enjoy it!!! Best of luck to you all!
