NYCACC DIES TODAY DUMPED BECAUSE HIGH ENERGY 9 MONTH OLD - HIGH ENERGY - DUH!!! i find it beyond belief that the amount of puppies are dumped for being high energy then assessors emphasize the issue by making note of it. when did it become a noteworthy issue that puppies are high energy, unruly beings?? shouldnt it be obvious. i am a puppy therefore i am its what they do, its called enthusiasm, - unbridled enthusiasm and its up to humans as caregivers to help them become well mannered, not just dump them because they are too dull minded and lazy to show them the way.
