Nairobi Hospital...never again. There is so much I could say about the service (or lack thereof) at that hospital. Four counters open and active for collecting consultation fees; whereupon you are issued with a number, mine was 543, which will be used to serve you. 12.49pm: I get to pay my consultation fees after waiting for five minutes. 2.25pm: The number being called out by the nurse in the room for checking vitals is 523!!! Why not have 4 nurses stations checking vitals??? One can die in that waiting lounge for real!!! And after having your vitals checked (weight, BP, temperature), you go back to wait to be called to see a doctor... Then wait again for your number to be called out to get your medicines from the pharmacy. 2.40pm: me enroute Meridian centre at Yaya (after paying consultation fees at Nairobi Hospital!!!) 3.22pm: I am done at Meridian, medicines in bag and well on my way to rest as I should be doing!
