Nakakahiya na ang gobyerno natin....!!!! Sino ba ang bumoto kay Noy noy Aquino? Is this the kind of leadership that that the Filipino should get? It should be a collective effort. Dapat lahat ng sangay ng gobyerno pinagalaw nya...DOH should handle all medical assistance may it be foreign or local contingent, DILG for the Peace and order and logistic together with AFP and PNP, DSWD for the relief operation, DPWH clearing operation, DOTC and NTC for the communication.... DOE for all the temporary power generator and all the GenSet. Donation from local and foreign.... Lahat kasi inatas sa NDRRMC...... Classic example of rotten beurocracy....
