Name: Dana_____________ Message: John, please tell the beards to scrap the Mongolian Wok. I am just back from my cruise and we had a 15 – 30 minute wait each time which is ridiculous. Passengers had no idea what they wanted and then why does it take so long to cook? There should be more people cooking but best advice is to scrap it and put a quicker and more varied food choice there. This experience really was a downer for me and IMHO for other passengers as well. Well we have no intention of getting rid of this wonderful option but I thought I would open this up for conversation. We can only put as many Chefs behind the Woks as we currently have, its all cooked fresh and I think I am right in saying that it is very popular indeed………………..right?
