Name: Hannah_______ Message: this is to tell you that we were on the Fantasy and about the way my boyfriend and me were charged for leaving 2 towels on the beach in cozumel mexico. We were rushed back because we had to wait for a taxi so left our beach bag by accident on the sidewalk and it had our towels and other stuff in it. the ships people did not understand and charged us $44!!! no where is this written down or told to us which other passengers stuck up for us and said they had not been told about this rule. we feel very upset that nobody would listen. This was our spring break and we are back to UGA and want to tell all my friends that carnival did the right thing by us. I just wanted to make sure…..we do make this rule known I am sure? I see it here on the Carnival Glory Funtimes but your thoughts would be welcome. Our guests (you ) understand that towels not returned will be charged to the guest at a cost of $22 each…………..right?
