Name: Paula______ Message: There is a very interesting thread I have just been reading. It is about putting a hammock on the balcony on the Glory. Some say they have done this and it has been allowed. Other people are dismissing this saying its lies. Can you tell me what’s up with the right answer because I want to do this on our cruise in March because we got a hammock from Cozumel last time and it would perfect to use on the boat!!!! Ummm…………….ummmmm……………well that’s a good question and I really do not know the answer. I can’t find it in the FAQs and I am sure there must be a big safety concern with this as getting in and out of a hammock is not the easiest thing to do when the ground beneath you is not moving, but on a ship? And the balconies while a wonderful place to relax and enjoy sun and amazing vistas are not big enough I think to fully appreciate the enjoyment a hammock can bring. So for now I am going to say no, but I do want to ask a few people including a ship’s Captain and see what they have to say. Meanwhile…………..has anyone ever done this on one of our ships? Cheers.
