Name: Ricky_______ Message: Just returned from a cruise on the Splendor to tell you as a very proud Italian American that your pizza is the w!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is one of the world’s most popular foods, but you guys blew it and have no clue what makes real Neapolitan pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked several times to meet with the Chef to teach him how to make real Neapolitan pizza but was ignored rudely each time. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and not just from the pizza because being shunned by the Chef spoiled my time on the ship. Interesting. OK, you may go to dinner somewhere and think “I could cook better than that” and you might even complain about the food…….. but to actually ask to speak to the chef and offer to teach him how to cook is very brave. Can you imagine doing that to Gordon Ramsey. “ Ummmm, Gordon, can I talk to you about your spotted dick, it was really lumpy, let me show you how to cook a proper one.” FFS Our Pizza scores very high marks on our review cards and certainly, it is always very busy 24 hours a day and at no extra charge I might add. Anyway, what the heck is real Neapolitan Pizza anyway? thoughts please and oh yes………….good morning from me and my underpants here in my room at the Marriottcontinentalhyatt.
