Nasi Kucing literally translated as Cat Rice, but not for cat. I think it got its name by the portion. Little portion just like the portion you feed your cat with. But this rice only meant for snacking or breakfasting maybe its not meant to be full meal unless you buy a couple of package (the real one I bought in jogja few years ago, have to buy two packages wrapped in banana leaves just to make me feel full or may be three??? :p ) this one i bought at the mall the portion is quite generous, but to make me really satisfied, i need two of these. :D
