Nasty workout for your weekend. I hit this yesterday - 50 pull ups 50 barbell squats 100 KB swings 100 med ball slams 50 power wheel roll outs 50 single leg squats per leg 300 rope doubles Hit as many reps as you can with good form on one exercise, then move on. Any order. Any number of reps. Just get it done fast as you can. Time yourself, and stop either when you finish, or after 40 mins. Whichever comes first. Enjoy!
