Soooo even though I have been extremely busy with work, I have still found time to work on on ideas, for the charity we are forming, to give back to our community (Keeseville, NY). The first thing we are going to do (weather permitting) is pressure wash the entire down town(Front St), all of the store fronts, and sweep the side walks/ parking spots. I also got with Clark W Davidson, and we discussed some ideas for pressure treated planter boxes, built on top of the existing, old planter boxes . All of the work being done, is possible because of all of the awesome people, and businesses, in this community who are willing to donate there time, services, or anything they can to clean the town up and bring it back to its original beauty. It totally blew my mind, how many people were instantly willing to donate their time or services. I spoke with all of my building suppliers and every single one of them are donating anything from a box of screws, nails, lumber , to labor. Our first day will take place in the beginning of May, on a Saturday. As soon as I get an exact day I will post it so everyone involved will be able to put it on their schedule. Anybody who wants to sign up to labor that day please let me know, so we will be prepared with enough brooms, supplies, tools, ect. I also have to coordinate the day to ensure everyone will have something to do, and use our time most efficiently and effectively. Thank you to everyone involved, without the support of the residents and businesses in our community none of this would be possible. : ) Keeseville is one of the most beautiful towns in the North Country!!!!. Lets help, even if its only a little bit at a time, bring it back to its original beauty!!!!!
