Why is it that people dont understand... I stay steadily busy all the time...many times I dont have last minute, same day appointments, especially for multiple pet households... Some days, I just need a break...Im already scheduling into March and April... Weekends fill up faster... If you look at it this way... I have 100 - 1 hour time slots allotted for grooming per month... Not including travel... 60-75 or more of those slots are taken every month, often 6-8 weeks in advance by repeat customers... Some months, I do more, some months I do less... Holidays, spring, and summer are fairly busy... While I do my best to accommodate as many people as I can, its impossible to please everyone... I schedule appts seven days a week from 11 am to 6 p.m... Please have patience...
