National Orienteering Day! Saturday, September 7th, 2013 – 11:00 am Jones Bridge, CRNRA Free Meet Entry and Picnic Discover orienteering! Join Orienteering USA and the Georgia Orienteering Club to celebrate National Orienteering Day. Participation is free and includes instruction by expert orienteers. Two levels of beginner courses will be offered along with hot dogs, tea, lemonade, and chips. Important - Waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate! For more information, see gaorienteering.org Directions: From I-285 in Atlanta, take GA-400 north. Go approx. 9 miles to the Holcomb Bridge Rd (eastbound) exit 7A. Follow Holcomb Bridge Rd. approximately 4.5 miles, turn left on Barnwell Rd., then approximately 0.8 miles to first park entrance on right.
