National Squad for the 5th ODI against South Africa: The Selection Committee of Sri Lanka Cricket at its meeting held on 29th July 2013 selected the following 15 member squad to represent the National Team for the 5th ODI match against South Africa to be played on the 31st July 2013, The Hon. Minister of Sports has been approved the following squad. 1. Angelo Mathews(c) 2. Dinesh Chandimal(vc) 3. TM Dilshan 4. Kusal Janith Perera 5. Lahiru Thirimanne 6. Kumar Sangakkara 7. Angelo Perera 8. Thisara Perera 9. Suranga Lakmal 10. Shaminda Eranga 11. Vimukthi Perera 12. Sachithra Senanayake 13. Ajantha Mendis 14. Dimuth Karunaratne 15. Chathuranga de Silva Nuwan Kulasekara was not considered for selection since he is still recovering from an injury, Mahela Jayawardena, Lasith Malinga & Rangana Herath have been rested.
