Naturalist Activities for Friday, September 27th: 10:00 am Naturalist Guided Cave Tour - Learn about the native plants, geography, outlaws and legends. Sign up and pay at the Cabin Office or the Gift Shop before 9:30 am. Meet the Naturalist at the cave information sign to begin the tour. $3.00 per person – children under 5 are free. 2:00 pm Naturalist Guided Canoe Tour of Lake Carlton – $4.00 per person. Sign up and pay at the Cabin Office before 1:30 p.m. Paddle a canoe while learning about the plants, fish and mammals that live in the lake. Meet the Naturalist at the boat rental building, below the Nature Center, on Lake Carlton. 5:30 pm Hayride around the Park- $4.00 per ...person- children under 5 are free. We will have a tractor, trailer and square bales of hay at the Cabin Office. Join the Naturalist for an old fashioned, slow paced ride through the park. Sign up and pay at the Cabin Office before 5:00 pm.
