Nearly three years of hard work and anticipation ruined. I - TopicsExpress

Nearly three years of hard work and anticipation ruined. I bought high-end tool chest, it did not arrive as pictured and came defective. A replacement unit was offered under the warranty and I was assured it would looked over from top to bottom and that one of the engineers (that thought the tolerances were too loose in the first place) would be doing the final inspection. The replacement unit arrived defective as well. I have been told multiple times I would be contacted tomorrow and generally about two weeks went by before I was actually contacted again. I busted my butt for years to save up for the box and it was going to be a symbol of sorts to remind me what hard work can net, especially on really rough and bad nights (and there are lots of them). #kennedymanufacturing
