Nearly two years ago, I protested our Mayors treatment of the task force volunteers who worked many hours to try and find a solution to our stormwater issues. Here I am again today, protesting our Mayors treatment of not only the task force volunteers, but our City Council and our Board of County Commissioners who have worked together to come up with a viable solution to put forth to our voters in November. Please note that it is the VOTERS who will get to decide on this important issue. If our Mayor is not familiar with how collaboration works, he should get out of the way of those who are doing it. Even if you intend to vote no on this, I certainly would imagine that you have the desire to have a say. This is leadership? I say its Colorado Springs Backwards.
