“Need for Speed”…this movie makes good on its promise-- giving the audience a whole new approach to the illegal street racing action genre! Maybe it was the era that I grew up in but I was taken back to the days of muscle cars and high speeds, shiftin’ gears and burnin’ rubber! By the time the movie ended I was wishing I had our souped up 67’ Pontiac GTO waiting for me in the parking lot….get in and drive fast! (let’s just say it’s a good thing this scenario was only a figment of my imagination). Overall it was one of the most intense and entertaining films I’ve seen since “Fast and Furious”. I would only hope that Aaron Paul will be remembered as a great actor and not just the guy from “Breaking Bad”!
