Need help!! I recently bought a 02 wrx. Came with a fmic, hks bov, and intake. Owner told me it wasnt tuned so Having a few issues. One of them is the turbo is spiking and im new to the subaru world so idk what to look for. I also noticed this little thing in the pic which I have no clue what it does. It has two tubes that goes to the turbo and the wastegate. Can someome help a noob out with understanding whats going on here
