Need some help/advice..... We have a concerned person, who is very much worried about a situation regarding a pit puppy, about 8-10 weeks old, who is chained to a tree, and left outside with no shelter.... Sadly, this is another reason why we NEED tethering banned in Santa Rosa county, but having said that.... Anyone know what we can do in this situation? Please leave comments if you have any ideas, and message me for more info or questions..... it is TOO cold for ANY dog to be chained outside, ESP with no shelter but this is a BABY who will surely FREEZE to death as it will be in low 30s next week.....
