Need to vent! A client called a contractor to look at a problem shes been having. He proceeded to go through the house and point out every problem she had and then tell her no home inspector would pass her house. First of all, its not a pass or fail situation. He also told her that her kitchen was too small for what buyers are looking for! OMG!!! This women is alone and nervous enough about selling! I told her he needs to stick to being a carpenter and unless he gets his license and has sold THOUSANDS of homes like I have, he need not put his two cents in!!! Holy!!! I will have her do a pre-inspection. He said a sticking door would fail a inspection! Really?? So annoyed!!
