Needed to balance my carbs and proteins without adding any fat so I experimented for my afternoon snack and came up with a tasty smoothie! 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon unsweetened organic cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon raw organic honey Processed in my Ninja blender until smooth. Had the consistency of a Wendys Frosty...not that Id know what one of those tastes like 😜
