Needing a little advice. One of my twins (23 months) cannot cope with a change to his routine, be it a visitor coming at bed time, us getting new furniture (he was unnerved and unsettled for a good 7 hours, and had a really disturbed sleep last week when we had a new sofa delivered) getting his hair cut (today-totally on edge and all to pot) we try and give him notice, I tell him every morning what we have planned and in what order (Im well aware he probably cant understand yet) but not sure what else to do! Hes not been diagnosed with anything, but is being monitored as they say for autism
