Negative, ignorant and irresponsible music has made a strong impact on our youth ! Some just for the sake of argument will say well we had these types of artist when we were young and the music the kids are listening to isnt for you. That type of thinking is the same as ignoring the problem. Music helped us progress spiritually and mentally and it provided a outlet for us to escape our conditions and expand our minds. When I listen to some of the popular music of today , I fully understand why most of todays youth have become Zombies. But what is troubling is witnessing people my age , people a little younger than us and some older , trying so F**king hard to relate and fit into this cycle of mindless existence. This makes me sad and wonder how we can ever get back to Greatness with our art and the way we progress as human beings. If I played your music , Ive made a conscious connection with your art, your sound , your expression. I would be listing names all day if a list was the issue. I just want to say thank you for sharing that special part of your SOUL with me . You know who you are , each and every one of you are the reason I try to remain creative in these DARK times.
