Neglectful a-holes behind my moms house in Utah completely ignore their dog. Its so sad. Hes ALWAYS outside. Hes fed and has a dog house so his basic needs are met but no interaction, havent seen a human back there at all. They apparently got rid of their other dog cuz of their, I dont know, 6th baby they were having, so now hes all alone all the time and its breaking my heart. Not enough to call animal welfare but lets just say Ive been launching treats and toys over the fence. Today he got an enormous basted rawhide bone. He was so happy and running and chewing.
