****Neighborhood Ice Cream Social**** hosted by Zidell Yards To kick off the Summer season, Zidell Yards is hosting a neighborhood Ice Cream Social on the river bank of its 33-acre property in South Waterfront. The Ice Cream Social will be the first public event in the 80-year history of the Yards and marks the beginning of a property that will transition over time into a vibrant riverfront and mixed use neighborhood. Please join the Zidell team along with neighbors from South Waterfront, Riverplace, and Lair Hill to meet, see the property, and enjoy some delicious ice cream. There will be limited parking available behind the 3030 Moody Building. We encourage you to walk, ride your bike, or take the Streetcar!
