Neighbours now walk up and down the shared pathway in front of my house with a look of seething resentment and obviously not speaking to me. ...Must be so annoying for them: Youve had a great offer on your house within 48 hours of the open day (when you desperately need to sell your house quickly); the, apparently, nice prospective buyers seem very accommodating. What is it you are being asked to do? Dis-assemble gate/entrance from its current position and re-erect on the correct boundary line which is where the gate should have been sited in the first place. Laughable. People really are a trip!
