Neither Sarah nor I have a salad spinner :( but we really want to try out this craft idea from Claire and take pictures for the website. Anyone willing? Well share your childrens finished creations on the website and here on Facebook too if you are game! Please make sure you cover up before you try it though! Instructions from Claire as follows: For a Catherine wheel craft: use a salad spinner to mix the paint colours onto the paper plate. We cut the plate to size and place into the salad spinner before paint is dropped onto the plate. Our toddlers love turning the handle, the noise sounds like an engine and they are so surprised when their plate is removed from the spinner. Depending on how messy you want to be, let the toddler sprinkle glitter onto the plate before removing from the salad spinner!
