~Netizen Chris Rey Kuizon shares his idea: *Lack of leadership and initiative of the government makes the situation worst in Yolanda affected area. Here are some of my initiative that the government to consider. Note: There are a lot of people who are looking for work. 1. Hire 10,000 people from Luzon or Mindanao equip with chainsaw to help clearing operation. 2. Hire 10,000 additional people from Luzon or Mindanao equip with dump trucks to carry dead body. 3. 2 Bring backhoe equipment each area to help dig for mass burial 4. Assign hired people to different area and manage by local government official 5. When I say Manage he/she lead those people not give command. 6. Assign security police/military for there safety 7. The source of money must come from donations/government budget 8. Supply like gasoline and food must be provided by the national government. 9. Once the clearing are done they will help organize the distribution of relief goods 10. They will help rebuild the areas affected. So you employed people from start to finish. If this is considered then the execution is a must. If you dont know how to hire ask the local government from the those places are not affected that you are hiring with the following qualification 1. who own a chainsaw 2. willing to work in typhoon yolanda affected area 3. know how to drive dump truck 4. carpenter 5. mason
