Network Marketing Tip for Today: Teaching Your Team Members How to Be A Good Leader You are starting to develop a team, so what you want to do is to teach your team and members in your team on how to be a good leader for those who are ready to step into a leadership role. I am not sure what you were like when you first started but when I started I was terrified of becoming a leader. I go involved because of the products because they made such a huge difference to my life... I saw that there was an opportunity that I could make an income from it. So I rang my upline and said ok... How can I make money from this? My upline showed me what they were doing and it freaked me out because I didnt think I could do what they were doing. They were running meetings and meeting with people, I did a few meetings and met with a few people but I was so far out of my comfort zone. I was completely uncomfortable. My attitude at the time was that it didnt work. However, it didnt stop me as I wanted to make it work. So I went to personal development courses, I went to many business trainings, company events, listened to audios, read books and did many webinars to work it all out on what I needed to do and how to develop myself into the leader I wanted to become. So if you are looking for your team members to step into the leadership role and show them how to become a good leader... get them to teach you. How you do this is discover what their strengths are... we all have strengths in different areas... therefore look for their strengths. For example just say they are really good over the phone. So thats a strength... and it may be one of your weaker areas. Get them to teach you how you can be better over the phone. By getting them to teach you how to do something... you are showing them that they can step into the role of a leader. They can then teach the rest of the team. They will then get the understanding that they can become a good leader. You are teaching them how to be a good leader by stepping into a role of training people with their strengths.
