To all members please not change of Rules from AGM Meeting 1st July 2014 Newcomer Rules change You will only be able to compete in the Newcomer Ring 5 times (when Newcomer class in on a program) after you 5th time you will need to go to Walk/Trot Classes. Previously if you were Newcomer 12 months from your first show. This rule has been replaced by Newcomer Rule 5 shows only with Newcomer Ring. This applies from the 1st July. So if you competed in Newcomer Classes previously your 5 shows start from 1st July 2014. (Note All Newcomer are based on the Horse Only.) ( The high points you put in as the same, you do your 5 classes put in your points.) Leasing Horses You may now register a Leased Horse. When filling out Horse Rego form Put that you are Leasee and also owners details need to be on there too. With it you must present your Lease Agreement or a Statuary Declaration Form needs to be filled out with all details of Owner and Leasee.
