Network Support Engineer/Technical Support Engineer Provide professional solutions for field problems, working with Project managers, integration engineers and customers on regular basis. Requirements: • Perform diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting at specialist level • At least 3 - 5 years proved experience • CCNA, CCNP qualified Advantage • Electronics, Software or other technical degree (Technician / Practical Engineer / Engineer). • Security certification - AdvantageProved experience in working with Juniper, HP and Cisco switching hubs, Routers and security devices • Proved experience in design, installation, implementation and support of large scale networks • Familiar with all networking aspects of O/S such as Windows and Linux including installation, administration and configuration. • Extensive Knowledge of IP networks and applications running over TCP/IPv4 • Knowledge with Service Provider and complex network architecture analysis – Advantage • Knowledge with Service Provider Access and Core Technologies Advantage • Experience working with customers • Languages Excellent English is mandatory (writing and speaking) • Technical writing skills. • Knowledge in telephony protocols (SS#7, SIGTRAN) and cellular networks (3G & 4G) – Advantage • Knowledge of Metro and transport technologies – Advantage • Familiarity with various switches, routers and firewalls interfaces (L2-L7). • Familiar with VMWare and Storage solutions as Netapp - advantage. • Information Security qualification – Advantage. • Capable of performing Threat analysis and Penetration tests and familiar with security standards and protocols. • Familiar with enterprise information security solutions and hardening • Available for travel of 1-2 weeks couple times a year Required Personal qualifications: • Entrepreneur.
