Network marketing gets a bad rap, and I get it. Its been treated - TopicsExpress

Network marketing gets a bad rap, and I get it. Its been treated and promoted like the lottery. With that its left a lot of burned people along the way. There are some legitimate companies out there, but the opportunity for MANY to make a good living at them may not seem realistic. I worked 2 other companies before Plexus in the last 14 years. The first company, Im not sure how MANY could make a good living without going into major debt. Only a select few make it...those willing to go into major debt. I wouldnt consider it legit even though its been around for a long time. The second company I worked for provided a decent opportunity to make a good living. It restored my belief in network marketing. However it required a lot of time...time I didnt have. Before the boys were conceived I considered trying it again once the girls were grown. Plexus is not the lottery, although, MANY have reached the top achievement in our company in its few short years of existence. It provides a realistic opportunity for ALL to earn income and reach the top. The truth is network marketing requires: 1. Belief 2. Consistency 3. Work ethic 4. Dedication I listened to a question and answer session today between our top earner, Celeste Gwynn, and another jeweled ambassador. She said that many of her first few people that signed onto her team had never been involved in a network marketing company before. Yet, they have not only done well, but achieved the top level of our company. How? Because the products work. The comp plan works. It seems too ideal, but it isnt...Im living proof, along with MANY others. Below is Heather Burkes story of reaching our top level, Diamond Ambassador. I can relate to her telling her friend she was not going to sell the product. I did the same thing. I never and still never intend to sell Plexus. I know a few people that can relate to her business not just blowing up right away like some and taking months to gain business...however she has reached Diamond level since. I know several people that are major introverts or just not very outgoing like she is, yet she is a Diamond...the highest level. She reached Diamond because she has those 4 qualities...belief, consistency, work ethic, and dedication. https://youtube/watch?v=6TWGMybaRuk
