Never a dull moment for The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program :) Over the past few weeks 3 lads from Brisbane have been organising to ride from Brisbane to Adelaide to promote The Cerebral Palsy League & The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program One of the lads Elias Power wished to show support for his younger brother Joe Power who has Cerebral Palsy & has attended the BPFP in the past Joe a student at St St. Josephs Nudgee College is now involved with the Rugby program that the college is well known for He also is what has been explained to me as a Gym Junkie lol & the transformation over the years has been amazing So with the assistance of Jack Barry & James Farmer Elias decided to do something to honour his brother & the huge progress that he has achieved So they organised this Fund Raiser of which the BPFP will not only gain awareness but also very important funding to allow the BPFP to reach out further to communities that would benefit from a Sports program for all people affected by a different Ability Please take the time to visit the facebook page Cerebral Palsy Fundraising Cycle Brisbane - Adelaide 2014 & you may feel you could contribute to the fund raiser on the web site: https://yourcpladventure.everydayhero/au/cycle-brisbane-adelaide-2014 The lads start their adventure this Saturday from Brisbane I will post the info as soon as I can confirm the Time & Place Jay Larkins Head Coach Brisbane Paralympic Football Program
