Never been so happy to see police lights in my life! I was coming home late from work tonight, and my tire blew out when I was on the 70 overpass over 465. If you know this area, you know how dangerous it is. I was stuck in a blind spot around the concrete wall. Semis and cars zooming by were shaking everything and missing me by inches. I had only been there for a couple of minutes when Officer Jeff Weaver of the IMPD stopped. He was calm but adamant that we had to get to a safer place. Not only did he help with that, seriously risking his own life, but he also put on my spare tire. Its the closest Ive ever had to being saved by a knight on a white horse! Anyone have any good ideas for how to thank him?
