Never did I ever envision just two years ago that I had any ability to help anyone. I had to help myself first! I fell in love with working hard on myself and seeing the results I did; not some fad or drink that promised benefits that were not ever possible to be long standing. I sweat and then I shared what was working for me. I found others who needed help, had a goal they wanted to reach. Some were like me, overweight moms who had completely let themselves go. But others were also people who loved fitness and wanted to see what these proven products could do for them too! Still others couldnt get off that last 10 pounds that they would feel confident in their own skin.
