Never do a quick fix in dentistry !!! Patient CC: I want to replace my veneer upper left area , not happy with esthetics , gum line is asymmetric, some decay present around the edges . - 1. patient has Periodontal disease . After scaling and root planing at 6 weeks Perio reeval pockets still present in the area -2. The veneer tooth needs also gum buccal recounturing to be able to a achieve symmetry in te arch - procedure that can be corrected during pocket reduction surgery -3. Last molar upper left quadrant has a large failing amalgam invading the biological width and also possible Rct need it with onlay or crown -4. First premolar upper left - implant - Perio disease present in the mouth can compromise the implant Plan - rough prep for veneer at the pocket reduction surgery , waiting for healing 8 weeks impression and delivery . - patient will return for restorative work for 15 after fixing his first chief complaint
