Never question your heart. Recently a former team member asked me if I remembered a particular game in High School when we were playing a big rival. We went into the locker room a few points down at halftime. Coach was letting us have it good, he wanted this one, and we all had our heads down. He said something to the effect of,Yall dont want to win, none of ya! I spoke up and said,I want to win. Glanced up and some of my team members were looking at me like Im nuts. Coach walks over there, lets me have it a little bit, tells me to stand up,so I did, then tells the assistant to get me out of his face. He ripped on us to get a fire under us, and I honestly think he WANTED someone to speak up. Look around who you are going through battles with and when the times rise for you to speak whats on your heart with strength, do it, dont always be submissive to whats normal or to be expected, coming from the heart is a good thing. Normal didnt change the world throughout history, passionate leaders did. Love coach to this day, he single handedly got me my first coaching job.
