Never thought I would miss Palm Coast, some of the people yes but the place..NO..until now....Halloween was always so amazing! and not just because of the awesome weather. Singing Nightmare before Christmas and Christmas carols (yes I annoyingly start singing Christmas carols in October If you dont know this then you dont me.....ps it is a method of torture for some people), dressing the skeletons and bringing them from the closet, hanging the xrays from my windows with care. My classroom was always such a festive place this time of year and so many of my kids had fun. Children definitely keep magic alive for those of us who have had the misfortune of growing up...but they remind us especially during the holidays. I will definitely miss the Vincis this year, my neighbors who hoisted a life size Jack skelington and reindeer on their roof all year long.
