New Beer on tap! Roasted Chuckanuts British BITTER OG: 11.5 Plato ABV: 4.6% IBU’S: 30 Crisp malt flavorsr, earthy hops, dry finish. When Chuckanut owners Mari & Will were brewing in Istanbul, Turkey they met Mark owner/brewmaster from Rebellion Brewery in Marlow, England. The Kempers invited Rebellion to come brew in Bellingham at Chuckanut. Mark sent head brewer Ed to collaborate with Chuckanut head brewer Michael and brewmaster Will on a beer Rebellion brews called Roasted Nuts. This complex, intense and distinctive bitter is made with American Cascade hops and East Kent Goldings British hops. All the brewers thought this would be a great American British collaboration and they decided to call it Roasted Chuckanuts!
