New Billing Cycle for Member Statements – Effective February 1st, 2014 In an effort to improve operations and in response to Member Feedback, the new billing cycle will reflect charges from the 1st of the month through the last day of the month. The only exception to this rule will be the statement for the month of February. This first statement issued under the new billing cycle will include all charges incurred from December 26th, 2013 through January 31st, 2014. This will capture all charges incurred from the old billing cycle period as well as incorporate the new billing cycle. Member statements will be issued on the First of the month, or the first business day of the month. For members who utilize EZ Pay (Automatic Draft Option), your credit cards will continue to be charged on the twenty-third of the month, or the next business day.
